cucharita de palo o una paleta de goma, con movimientos suaves envolventes y de
abajo hacia arriba, la idea es juntar las dos mezclas sin perder la espumosidad
y el aire del merengue, debe quedar suave (imagen 7)<o:p></o:p></span></div>

los frascos, se logra poniéndolos en agua tibia (tambien sus tapas), te recomiendo
poner un paño de cocina limpio abajo y entre ellos para que cuando rompa en hervor
no se golpeen y puedan quebrarse. Como decía se deben hervir por 20 minutos.
Una vez se sacan CON EXTREMO CUIDADO PORQUE ESTAN MUY CALIENTES y se dejan en
un paño limpio boca abajo hasta que se sequen, también las tapas. Por favor
